BSC has worked in property development for more than twenty years — housing, retail, urban mixed-use, low-density communities and resort schemes. The capability runs the whole way: reading a site, planning and design, building, and then selling and operating what has been built.
The work in China now runs to urban renewal, better housing, and low-density projects with a character of their own — space that holds its quality, its use and its value.
From the show suite to the sale, in-house
BSC's marketing is not bought in. The gardens and lighting of a show suite, the ceremony and hosting on launch day, the daily running of the sales gallery and the rate at which the units go, and the project's brand from the mark through to the hoardings: the group's own team has done all of it for years.
That is what lets us treat product, presentation, events and sales as one job on a single project, rather than four suppliers each doing a stretch of it.
Experience & show-suite design
The sales gallery is the first product a buyer sees. At Majestic Palace the arrival route runs through a mist garden, lights floating on the water, courtyard lighting at night and a landscaped walk, with coffee and a tea room along the way. During the opening the group brought in Hanfu performances and other local culture, which turned a viewing into something worth staying for, worth photographing and worth passing on.
Launch events & activations
From the backdrop wall, the balloon arch and the salute line to the lion dance, the ribbon, the reception of guests, the refreshment tables and the gifts, launch day at Majestic Palace was run by the group. The facade lighting came on as the gallery opened that evening, so the launch was both a sales milestone and the project's first public appearance in the city.
Project branding, applied end to end
At Qianxi Square the project brand ran from the mark into everything it touched: billboards, banner poles, hoardings, letterheads and cards, paper cups and carrier bags. The line 世界无界,未来已来 (a world without edges, a future already here) carried across print and screen, so a county project had a recognisable identity before the doors opened.
