Meili Mountain occupies a natural valley on Nanhuan Road in Qianxi County — woodland, a 55-metre fall across the site, and a road that divides it into a northern and a southern parcel.
Seventy-six detached houses are set into the slope at a plot ratio of 0.35, arranged around a lake at the entrance and a stream running down through the valley. It was the group's first attempt at high-end low-density housing in a landscape setting.

Roads and buildings follow the existing contours and the 55-metre level change — no mass cut and fill.
