Qianxi Square stands in the centre of Qianxi County, Tangshan, and is BSC's part in the renewal of the county's District One. The whole scheme is planned in four phases; this page shows phase one, cluster one.
The first cluster brings high-rise housing, a large stand-alone shopping centre, a retail street and ground-floor shops under the flats together, joining homes to concentrated and street retail in one urban community for living, shopping, dining, leisure and daily services.
As the cluster that started the whole development, it completes the district's everyday amenities, raises its commercial offer and the quality of its public space, and lays the ground for the phases that follow.
