IGO Shopping Center stands on Bohai East–West Street in Tangshan's Lunan District. It was the group's first move into commercial development — built out of the former Tangshan People's Hat Factory rather than a cleared site, and the point at which BSC crossed from marketing and brokerage into building.
It was aimed at a young market from the outset: fashion-led, trend-driven, built for browsing rather than errands. The space is organised as a unitised indoor retail street set behind shopfronts that address the pavement.
