Tangshan TongHoo Property Services Co., Ltd. (TongHoo Property) is the BSC group's property-management company. Its guiding idea is that service changes how people live, and it manages mixed-use complexes, office towers, incubator and industrial parks and residential communities so that owners, tenants and customers all come out ahead.

Drawing on the group's real estate, commercial operations and incubator resources, the company serves several property types and writes a service plan for each.
