The team also checked plumbing and electrical routing against the standard design drawings and found the layout neat and compliant, balancing safety with practicality for later maintenance and fit-out.
The minor issues identified in this month's inspection were entered in a rectification register with responsible parties, deadlines and re-inspection criteria, and are managed in a closed loop until every item is cleared.
