Phase one of BSC's Majestic Palace project went on sale on 18 July 2020 under the theme "A residence fit for you".
On launch day, buyers attended the opening ceremony and selected their homes, with a signing area on site for reservations and a welcome team and performances throughout the event.
Majestic Palace, developed and built by BSC, is located in the new town of Fengnan District, Tangshan, and was completed and handed over in January 2024.
