The Majestic Palace project held its first engineers' open day under the theme of appreciating quality and enjoying a better life. More than a hundred future homeowners were invited to the site, where a professional team of engineers, architects and planners walked them through the project's 36-point precision construction system, from planning drawings and engineering data to the site itself, showing exactly how their homes are being built.
The event moved away from the conventional sales presentation and put the project's technical team in direct conversation with buyers. The chief engineer explained the 36 precision construction details, covering multi-layer external wall waterproofing, anti-cracking wall treatments and triple-sealed window frames, each of which was chosen after comparing several alternatives.
After the briefing, the engineering team took buyers, wearing hard hats, into the show floor of the building under construction to see the construction methods in place. A wall display area exposed the concealed anti-cracking steel mesh, and at the window frames buyers could examine the foam filling and multiple sealing layers up close. Most buyers said that seeing the site gave them a real sense of the project's build quality and greater confidence in handover.
