Construction of BSC's Majestic Palace project began on 1 May 2020.
Representatives of the project partners attended the groundbreaking ceremony and posed for a group photo before construction vehicles and excavators moved onto the site.
The project then entered full construction, with steel fixing, welding and concrete pumping proceeding on schedule. Majestic Palace is located in the new town of Fengnan District, Tangshan, and was completed and handed over in January 2024.
