Majestic Palace held a calligraphy and painting gathering, "Ink and Brush, Joy and Elegance", at the project's lifestyle experience centre. More than ten prospective homeowners with a love of calligraphy and painting came together to make friends through their art and to get an early feel for the cultured community atmosphere the project is creating.

Participants showed off their skills, compared brush and ink techniques, and found a shared hobby drawing them closer together, creating a warm, neighbourly atmosphere amid the scent of ink.
