During the visit the delegation toured tenant companies to learn about their core businesses, operating models and results, with particular attention to talent placement, skills training, HR outsourcing and employment support. The two sides discussed industry trends, market expansion and the matching of talent supply and demand. The delegation listened to the companies' needs and offered direction on how the park could refine its operations and better support its tenants.
Drawing on its development experience and market-based operating capability, the park will sharpen its core positioning, innovate its management model and continue to build out its service ecosystem. Aligned with the region's priority industries, it will attract and nurture quality HR service providers and professionals, and build a full-chain talent service system that integrates policy, platform and services.
