The fourth BSC staff fun sports day was held at Tangshan Sports Park to enrich employees' recreational life and build team spirit. Eight teams and more than 100 employees took part on a crisp autumn day.
A sudden drop in temperature did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm. After warm-up stretches, chairman Hu Jian opened the games, encouraging everyone to compete with spirit and enjoy the day, and wishing the event success. Representatives of the athletes and the referees then took their oaths, pledging to follow the rules and compete fairly.
The programme included 8 individual events and 5 team events, testing both personal ability and teamwork. Competitors threw themselves into every event, working together, encouraging one another and showing the challenge, cooperation and trust that make a strong team.
The atmosphere was lively and warm throughout, with sprint finishes and moments of camaraderie that captured the positive, energetic spirit of BSC's people.
