BSC Group held a team-building cycling day under the theme "Youth in motion, let's ride together". Employees from group headquarters and the business units gathered at Nanhu Park in Tangshan for a ride around the lake.
In early summer Nanhu Park, a national 5A-rated scenic area, is green and inviting, and its wide lakeside cycle path makes an ideal setting for outdoor exercise. After a short warm-up, the riders set off together.
The route followed the dedicated cycle path along the lake, passing through lakeside scenery and greenery. Riders paired up to look out for each other, sometimes riding side by side at an even pace, sometimes stopping to enjoy the view and talk. The relaxed, orderly ride gave everyone a break from the office and a chance to enjoy nature and exercise together.
The event moved away from the conventional team-building format in favour of a light, immersive outdoor activity. Along the way colleagues encouraged one another, kept pace through the tiring stretches and finished together, in the spirit of teamwork the group values.
The ride helped staff relax and unwind, and it brought colleagues from different departments and business units closer together. BSC Group will continue to organise a range of sports and cultural activities for employees so that they can grow alongside the company.
